I found 1 in a junkyard 90 K miles..should i go for it or wait for a proven runner,..they offer a 90 day warr. But,it wont be running that quick Thanks..FM..

Really just needs to be water cooled Brant. They switched from air cooled to water cooled in mid-'83 I think (just make sure it has a radiator (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ). The 90-91 Carat's were really nice. One of those with a blown engine would be primo. '91 was the last year.

Really just needs to be water cooled Brant. They switched from air cooled to water cooled in mid-'83 I think (just make sure it has a radiator (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ). The 90-91 Carat's were really nice. One of those with a blown engine would be primo. '91 was the last year. Do they run a Subaru tranny? Wow. Any good sites that outline the conversion? |
