Hello Everyone
Just took possession of this 1972 914 It has a 327 Chevy Small block with performance cams KEP Clutch/Adapter Still learning how the car handles but for my 2 short rides it is alot of fun Needs some small paint repair (rust bubbles) Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i273.photobucket.com-17663-1444868069.1.jpg) |

I will list the upgrades to this vehicle: 1968 Chevy 327 large main journal heads post 1987 Chevy 4 bolt stainless 1.94 intake 1.5 exhaust Camshaft Crane Cams??5840 hydraulic Clutch/Flywheel Kennedy Eng Products Stage III 9" KEP Stage III Pressure Plate KEP 228mm flywheel KEP Pilot/throw-out bearing Fuel MGT Intake Manifold Pro products "typhoon" Holly Carb 600 double pump Mr Gasket fuel pump Mr Gasket pressure reg 2 inline fuel filters K&N air filter Open System no thermostat 2 row aluminum radiator Ford Tarus SHO fan 2350 CFM 185 degree fan switch 1970 Dodge water-pump 440ci impeller Exhaust 1980 Corvette headers Thrush turbo mufflers (Drone pretty bad from 1600 to 2400 RPM) Brakes Rotors...stock Front 1980 BMW 320i Rear porsche 914 fronts 911 master cylinder proportioning valve replaced with t Ignition Distributor Stock HEI type Coil: Accel Plugs AC Delco CR43TS 100AMP alternator 1 wire Starter IMI high Torque Suspension Turbo Tie rods KB struts front Bilstien coil overs rear Front torsion bar 911 MOMO steering wheel Rims American Racing Tires 205 50 R 15 Falken estimated HP 325 Estimated torque 350 ft-lbs This was sent to me from the previous owner who did the re-build It also has a roll bar and racing seats set up for racing with camber 1.5 front and back Still getting used to the ride lots of power lots of fun thanks for any advice |
