Heidi was killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday morning in Hartford, CT.
We met when she called to ask some questions about her 914 engine, while I was travelling to a race at Pocono in 2005. She eventually came to work at Tangerine Racing Products as a part time office manager and worked here for about 4 years. Its a shame that she was never able to fulfill her dream of driving her own 914, which she had disassembled on her own, for restoration. This is a pic of Heidi, Ed and me at my 2008 open house.  RIP. |
