I have a 1970 914-4, a nice survivor. It is a joy to drive on our rural SE Iowa roadways.
After another driving season of idling in the 400-2000 RPM range (without any discernible pattern), I'd like to have a 914 specialist take a crack at it next year. We had a superb Porsche specialist Iowa City for many years (before I owned the 914), but he's long retired. Are there recommendations from 914 World members of a good 914 mechanic in IL, WI, MN, IA, or MO? Eastern Nebraska would be OK, too. Thanks in advance, Marcus Iowa City, IA |

Brad Mayeur at 914 Limited in Peoria, IL.
309 694 1797. There will probably be several responses reaffirming Brad's quality and integrity (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif) . Great guy. |
