What if one of the three factory 914-6 GT's that swept the podium at the 1970 Marathon de la Route came up for Auction? Or the 1970 LeMans GT class winner car #40?
Is there possibly a Million Dollar 914 out there? I just found this one that apparently sold for 400,000 Euros last year. A "world" member apparently owned this? http://www.pbase.com/9146gt/image/161186986 Also the car in question in the OP is stated in pbase that it sold at or near $400,000. This one is currently (as of October) listed for sale at $495,000: http://www.koelnberger-cars.de/cars_porsche_914_en.html Pbase 914-6 GT sales history can be found here: http://www.pbase.com/9146gt/market_history_9146gt |
