So I've had an issue where the ebrake handle ractchet doesn't always catch. Today i was pulling carpet to inspect my longs and had to pull the handle so thought i would look into it.
First, is the pivot supposed to be slightly bent toward the rear? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i718.photobucket.com-4578-1449102381.1.jpg) ^^That might be my issue. You see the pawl will tweak to the inside and looks to miss the teeth. I think the bend in the pivot would cause this... Anybody experience this before and have a fix? Maybe i could bend the pivot?. Any help is appreciated.
