Can anyone tell me the sale price of this GT factory built car in 2008

What would the likely sales price of this car be in the present marketplace?

How many factory built GT cars presently remain in the states?

I'm looking to buy a 914-6 GT

I was able to buy a fantastic Ravenna 914-4 from Rick and Sandy and more recently an Adriatic Blue matching numbers 914-6

Regarding prices, it's difficult to find comparable GT cars with so many variable options created from the Factory Built 914-6 GT
(It is much easier to find comps for the 914 and 914-6)

My goal is a very clean street 914-6 GT with some old world GT influence or an older 914-6 racer.

I'm interested in both long term value and driver enjoyment.

So it sounds like a GT "tribute" car is one of the possibilities? If so, that's a whole lot less $$ than a factory-built one. Glenn Stazak (hi, Glenn!) tells us there were only ~40 built by the factory.

With ~40 built, and probably most of those raced at some point, you're looking for a very rare car when you say "a factory-built 914-6 GT with no race history".

That yellow one that showed up again recently is probably going to be the only recent example of one for sale.

If you have a "tribute" car, you can drive it. If you have one of the real ones, chances are it will be too valuable to really drive...
