Has anyone seen one? Does one exist?

This was the 914 I wanted 10 years ago. Not sure about that $50K+ conversion cost though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

An open top roadster, specially one weakened by the inevitable rust worm, is possibly the worst car to add several hundred pounds of batteries to.

Just saying... there are better options that make more sense.

That being said, there has been an older conversion floating around AZ craigslist for 6k.
