I got a set of 7 & 8s the other day that had a gold finish. That finish wasn't going to work for me. Since I'm outa work, I can't afford a pro to do them and since I have time on my hands, I gave it a shot. They could be better and now that I've done one set, another set would be easier.

The first set I saw in person was on Mr. Sheas' yellow 6 and I thought they looked great! I wonder what other styles the Matte Nickle would look good on (besides the experiment on the cookie cutters) since there are more than a couple of style wheels being used.... I saw a similar treatment with a titanium tinge on a set of 4 lug Fuchs that will be seen at Rt.66 and I've gotta say, it's probably one of my favorite combos! A new twist on an familiar look is always interesting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)
