Can I use a blow dryer or flame maybe to heatshrink the electrical connectors or do I have to buy another new tool? (heat gun)

most of the shrinking comes from the diameter not length.
I would make a small adjustment (maybe a centimeter total) but it shouldn't be a big deal. |
