The pin on the window lift mechanism came out of the roller on the base of the window. I was able to return the pin into the roller. Is there anything I can do to keep it from happening again?Attached Image

You may have worn it past serviceable life.
You could rig up a strap like an RS door panel to lift the window and snap it into place while you wait to find a early window mechanism
