I have the chance to buy a 2,2T motor.

That's a great combination and very similar to the 2.3 that I am building. I like your horsepower numbers.
Our 73 911 with the 2.4E spec motor pulls hard to 6600 rpm with the single pipe muffler and the stock aircleaner with the warmup bullshit removed. I ran it this way at Lime Rock because of noise restrictions. I changed to the Alan Johnson twin pipe sport muffler for the Glen and it would pull hard to 7300 rpm like an S. So much for the old wives tale that MFI likes back pressure! Charlie |
