OK, So I know were not going to be able nail down costs to a T but I think it will be best if we get rather close.
I want to ID all the items that we are going to have to pay for and get a good handle of what those items are going to cost. Then we'll calculate about how many registrants were going to receive as well as how much we have in reserve from last year as well as sponsors. Fixed Costs: Park Fees-PP Trophys Variable Costs: Shirts Tags Food Again I know its early, but I want to start compiling the list. I would like to get the costs nailed down by year end. |
