Think it was the emergency flasher that I was taking pictures of and just now, when I zoomed in, I noticed what seems to be a DIY resister. Maybe not. Looks suspect. Any ideas?

Just a wild ass guess, but maybe that sets the flasher relay duration? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
