LOL, I've gone-in pretty deep with a Playseat, Fanatec wheel/pedal/shifter setup and 24" monitor...Xbox One Forza Edition. I can tell you the force-feedback of a GOOD wheel setup makes all the difference. You cannot seriously do driving sims/games with a handheld controller. Fanatec now even makes pedals in bottom-hinge and top-hinge versions...
I also McGuyver'ed some shaker transducers using a small power amp, low-pass crossovers and the actual shakers. That adds a lot of fun/realism too as you actually feel the curbs and bumps. |
