This morning, my wife said 914club was like a fraternity. It's almost like we're brothers, and many of us go out of our way to help our fellow 914club members.
Where you in a fraternity (or sorority) in college? Maybe you have a brother or sister here in the group! I'll start... Phi Kappa Tau (Alpha Rho Chapter) at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Go Jackets! |

I went to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville
back in the early 80's and I never saw the point of pledging. The whole "Greek life" thing always seemed pretty stupid to me. All the crazy stuff they forced the pledges to do. And that was nothing compared to what the "little sisters" went through. I knew all kinds of guys & girls that did it. What was the point???? Couldn't these folks make friends, party and get laid on their own? I knew and hung out with some of them and even attended their parties, had access to all the same cheat notes and pre-written papers, So why bother with all the BS and slavery of pledging? I just never saw the point. --- bill |
