Finally complete, then found out he wanted turbo tie rods.
No big deal. We did make the new rubber bushings for the eyes on the end. As well as the new bellows and internals. As well as the puck we had made and the sleeves hardware and even the special washer. These item are not part of the rebuild but can be included easily. Turned out pretty good. Spent the day putting together the protocol for the rebuild. We will also be setting up a higher core charge to encourage returns, but can include a prepaid label to make returns easy. The service will depend on getting cores back. One hear or there ok, but we need to keep these moving in bulk. we have 5 that we are tearing down now and 3 that we are working on. We are ready to start moving on these and open up the flood gates this next week. Thanks to all for their patience. Attached image(s)
