Tried to get access to the fog light bulbs by removing the lens frames, but they don't come off when the lens screws are removed. How do you get access? I have been told that the bumper cover may have to come off along with the backing frame. I can't imagine that a simple bulb replacement would require a bumper dis-assembly? Any shortcuts to get the lens covers off and the bulbs out?

The lenses have a rubber gasket behind them to keep the water out. It's just stuck. Keep working.

Thanks, I was worried about bending the metal frame.
