I will call the shop on Monday, but how does the pricing on that work, is there a set up fee to check the cars dimensions etc. and then do you generally pay for any pushing or pulling that results if it's not true ?

Fee for removal of suspension and then setting up on the bench. Then you decide next step based on setup results. xxxx then install suspension. Couple grand on up.
