His mistake. He "should" do the right thing.
I was selling some stuff on ebay and relisted them. I accidently duplicated a listing and ended up with two buyers and only had 1 item. I emailed the second buyer (by time) and explained the problem. Gave him the offer to cancel his bid or I would sub a better item (more $$) at my cost. He took the better item, everyone was happy. Hope it works out. |
