Do whatever you want to do. I was just pointing out that there are two sides to this. I provided an example to see that, not a seperate universe. I agree they try to cover their ass and limit the $$ penilty on their end. Wouldn't you? All I was suggesting was a middle solution that causes you both to take a smaller hit. As was mentioned he may dump the whole thing and take the neg. feedback. If that happens you don't get a good deal and he has negative feedback, no one is happy.
