Need some help/advice

I managed to lose one of the small bolts that has a hole through it so that the heater cable wires can connect to the lever

Do I try to make one - or are these available ? I can't seem to find the part number.

They are called barrel nuts, it's the same nut on the accelerator cable, at the throttle body.
They are still available.

Sorry my mistake, I though you were referring to the heat exchanger end.
The ventilation switch is a single part, according to the parts book. You may have to find a used one.
