If you read the comments section at the bottom someone addresses the chain v belt mistake and the last sentence on the description states that in 2016 CA labeled it a gross polluter. Not gonna be sold to another Californian, probably. Can only be reg in a non smog state. Comments address this, too, in that the time and effort to make this would only have been a little more to get the smog gear right. In CA you can only use a newer motor in an older chassis, and the smog system has to be correct to the engine and work to the parameters as designed. Then you have to have a referee station certify you. My 74 bus with 1969 corvair 6 in it would never be legal in CA, but I live in OH (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
