I stripped and relubed one front side yesterday. I'm on the passenger side today and have found something is not right.
The retaining washer has worn on approximately 50% of the outer edge. Is there a specific reason that this happens. The bearings are unmarked and spin freely and the races are also good. Could the spindle / hub be bent? |

Could be that damage was done a while ago, before the current bearing was installed. Looks more like something was rubbing between the center cap and that wdge
