I have been looking for a new product for a while. I currently manufacture 13 parts for the 914-6 market and wanted to do something for the 4cyl market. I have waffled for a couple of years on 4cyl mufflers and think I am ready to commit to making some. Would even offer a group buy . what I am thinking of offering is a 2in 1 out similar to a 914-6 muffler. They would be 6" diameter, 2.5" tail pipe and I would start by making the most popular set up voted by all of you. So if you were in the market for a quality stainless muffler would it be for a 2.0 or a 1.7/1.8?
I also should note I am not looking to compete with anyone here so would only offer it with standard tail pipe location. There also would need to be someone commited to testing one of them as well as I don't have a 4cyl car. And dad's car won't be drivable for years. Attched are some pictures of my 2 in 1outs we made for the 6 cyl cars. So what say all ? |

Very nice Ben... I have just the right size test platform (914) available if needed. It was recently added to the "team" Wow, pretty car. Thanks Mark! Riviera Blue L39E Purchased this little 74' to sort out and sell. But not sure my wife will let me...she loves the color...(I do too) reminds her of a 928 we had that she loved to drive...it was Iris Blau sort of close in color.
