I was proud of myself for finding #13 in the diagram below in my miscellaneous parts hoard, but now I see there is supposed to be two of them so I need to find another. Anyone reproduce these or know where to buy one? If not, I may try to scrounge up a piece of spring steel and cut one myself.

Just make them. Nothing more than a small metal tab with a hole. I used some metal banding material that was wider and thicker.

@bdstone914 the banding worked like a champ. Thank you! FYI for anyone who needs to do this. Metal banding has gotten kind of hard to find. After striking out at all the big lumber and home improvement stores, I found some at the local farm and ranch supply used to bundle fencing materials.
