Are these those rollers in the guide? Found one in the bottom of the door split in two. Appears there is a roller already in there, or is there more than one in each door?

Actually not too bad. The nylon old ones tend to come off in pieces, but if they don't they can be popped off with a pliers. You can use a pliers to press the new ones on. They will not break, but it takes less pressure if you drop them in hot water for about a minute.
