I thought I would see if the group had their thinking caps on. You only need this a couple of times. But the tool is very handy removing the part.

I made one by cutting a slice from a washer but not nearly as nice as this one. Now is the time for someone to make those available in a non-scratch plastic material. One of these whiz kids could print some, I'm sure. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
