Someone asked me if this bracket works with Martin Botts 916 kit.
I finally got around to mounting mine. Perfect fit and looks great. I did have a Mickey Mouse home depot bracket with a 911 bracket jury rigged with the 914-4 2.0 hanger. This looks much better and much quicker to install. Only mods I had to do with my Martin Bott 916 kit, was to install longer studs on the trans. The back up switch required me to space Ben's quiet muffler back 3/8", which also required me to space the GT bracket 3/8" with washers. The previous Triad muffler was a much bigger hassle and required me to space the muffler back 2". The quiet muffler is much quieter, sounds great and no drone!! |
