What did the tread pattern of 914 look like ? Mine is a 74

Here’s some Michelin’s from Coker to choose from:

I assume that Canadian delivered cars had the same tires, but just thought I'd ask if anyone knows whether Uniroyal tires may have also been OE in some markets. The spare that came with my car when I bought it in 1985 didn't match the other tires. It's a Uniroyal rallye "180" and I'm attaching a pic below of the tread pattern. I imagine this is not an OE tire but figured I'd ask given the relevance to this thread.
