Hello.....I need a side marker base and I go to 914 Rubber and their only offering is a $46 Auto Atlanta part. I thought 914 Rubber competes with AA so the prices can be more competitive? Did I miss their product offering? Are there any alternatives to the AA part? Just asking.....
Thank you, gg |

Clips and or the seal should really be the only things you need. The base really doesn’t go bad. Any corrosion can be removed by soaking in apple cider vinegar.
It’s the right time to replace the lens seal I. That part of the seal tucks under the base. I did however make my base seals a little different in that the seal side the lens fits into has a step like the lens for a better seal. Also have the rubber boot for the wiring if you need it too. Here’s how mine are different As well as a visual on why now is a good time to change them out. Attached image(s) ![]() |
