the Nose Panel on my 944S2 came loose and Folded up at 140mph. Now I have new piece of Garage Art I was going to modify it, now will just buy another I am not even sure how to secure the front. To stop this from happening.. My sons car they are not bolted in Looks like the end fastening were missing, pretty sure they mount via tabs on to the very front of the fenders. the panel is held on by four bolts with washers that go into slot on the body. There are supposed to be a 10mm bolt on each end that were not there and then there are 4 screws at the top by the hood. The fact that the 2 10 mm bolts were missing is the reason it came loose IMHO |
