What are you trying to accomplish? I have used zinc based paint with good results but it’s not galvanized zinc at the end of the day.
When I stripped my engine bay to the bare metal, I used a hand held electric zinc plating “system” imported from Germany - no sorry, I can’t remember the name. It’s basically like this kit (https://www.eastwood.com/ew-electroplating-system-tin-zinc.html), however, the zinc anode was covered in a sheep fur “mitten”, that was saturated in the electrolyte and electrically connected to a 12v battery and the body. I zinc electro plated the complete engine bay in less than two hours. |
