Just picked up a set of weber 44 Idf carbs and 2 of the aux venturis have damage . Can the ventures be machined down to remove the damage (all 4 the same height) Shorter?
Also the main jet stacks are Short? Is the jet holders available in both short and long? Any preferences in performance? I noticed one carb has a notch in the top cover in the inside diameter near the bore. any idea what this was for and the other carb does not have this? Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() |
