I think I know where most of these go but not sure where the washer goes. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) I already replaced the one on the fuel inlet. How about the shiny plug?

That spacer is not a spacer it is an adaptor to get the bores of a larger carb to mate up to the holes of an smaller intake, or even vice versa. The smartest way to do away with that adaptor is mate the carb with a large bore alum intake.
