I've changed the view to explorer from another veiwer - any suggestions? It's a jpg file format.

Yes they are JPG format and I've dropped the size down to 600X800???  I still can't get them to post   (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif)

what's the file size?
what compression level did you use? how many dpi? all this will effect the file size.

do the files have the .JPG extension?

email the pictures to admin@914world.com and i will have a look at them ...
