Looking at a 73 1.7 with one carb. Is this a deal breaker?

I’ve had 2 914, but both f I.isn’t adding 2 carbs without cam change problematic? It's only problematic if you are expecting to gain performance by adding carbs to an engine with a FI cam. It will run just fine, just not as good as with the original FI in good working order. Plus, now you have to deal with re-jetting every time you dive up/down a mountain.
