Can the turn signal switch part be removed from the wiper switch part?
I'm guessing that it just slides up on the four pins, but I don't want to just get rammy on it. Thought I should ask first. |

It's hard to say. It sounds like it's shot. Just remember not to tighten the four screws when you reassemble things. Those mechanisms need to "float" to work right. BTDT.
