Over the last 2 days I have been asked 3 different times by 3 different people "when are we going to go for one of those fun 914 runs on the weekend?" Well, June sounds like a good month to do it before we have WCR 2022. Putting out the feelers for who is up for it and maybe where do you want to go? Idyllwild, Malibu, Palomar/Julian, Tujunga/Santa Clarita, Santiago/Ortega/Corona? Open to any destination suggestions and dates.
Malibu Canyon/PCH looks to be the leader and on either Sat. June 18th or the 25th. And the winner is June 18th. Saturday June !8th Depart 8:30 AM Santa Monica Lot 11 Meet up would be in Parking Lot 11, Hollister Avenue, Santa Monica at 8-8:30am. Thanks and see you there (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Hi Franz, Thanks so much for the chat yesterday and for putting this drive together. I really miss seeing everyone and am planning to participate. Unfortunately, my 914-6 engine/tranny are still out of the car and hope to get it back by the first part of July. Then I'll have to do the religious break-in procedure. So, if it's ok, I'll be driving my 2001 Boxster S. I'll meet up with you at the Ayers. Will be an early morning for me unless I decide to drive up the night prior and stay at the hotel. See you all soon! Thanks again Franz! Cheers, Margie (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving-girl.gif) |
