I presume these cars were delivered with tail shifters...what "shift kit" were they referring to? Factory shifter mods? I have a stock 6 that has a period short shift kit that is quite good. The lever under the shifter mechanism is lengthened and the cup at the front of the tube in the tunnel is lowered. Changes the ratio. It came to me that way.....I've driven it but never fully inspected it. |
