I’ve removed 4-cyl motor mount consoles. Rust underneath right side. Is there a repair panel?

I had the same problem on the passenger side. There was also crack behind it. All we did was drill a hole on each end of the crack and weld it up. We then cut out a scab plate to cover the effected area and used a hole punch similar to other areas and plug welded it on using a MIG welder. After 10 years it still looks fine.
