New member here...
I'm piss poor at the search function on this site and was trying to find fitment info on this set up. https://fuchswheelcompany.ca/product/16x7-f...eel-for-porshe/ They list it a 16X7 with an offset of 23.3. From what I have found so far, they look like they might require 12 mm spacers to work on a stock 75 914 narrow body. This car will be at or near stock ride height and a weekend play toy. It currently has no sway bars but that will probably change... I'm planning on using PBR's 5 lug 914-4 front rotors, the Uro 914 5 lug rear flange with turned down PBR 914-6 rear rotors, and stock calipers. I'd like to use this tire. (205/60r16) https://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchRe...performance=ALL I'm new to the 914 and can't figure offsets properly yet on this chassis I would appreciate thoughts, tips and any suggestions. Do I have a chance? |

You gave me a fright (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yikes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yikes.gif) I tried to kill the deal. No way, used a debit card, never again, thought I was screwed... Wheels and center caps came quickly. Wheels are very nice and looked identical to a set bought from Maxlight by 914Sixer that I saw when I picked up a bunch of stuff from him. The wheels were packaged EXACTLY like Mark's as well. Each wheel had a foam sheet, a "hair net" and plastic rings around the perimeter on both sides. There is one factory pumping these out and selling them to multiple distributors. The center caps which came with the wheels were blank but a second set with fairly nice Porsche Crests on them were included. They are concave and the real McCoy's are convex, saw those at Marks as well. I'm not going to pay $500 for real center caps as these look pretty good. I'm not going to try and pass off copies of Fuchs as real either. The lug nuts were a no-show. Multiple e-mails have not gotten a real response from the seller. I'm going to have to purchase a set myself. Not total scammer but not straight up either. I'm still happy with my purchase... |
