I'm changing the oil in my transmission of my 1974 914 2.0. Never done this before. What is this plug? Is it another drain plug or what? Its at the bottom of the transmission just near the transmission rod/forks boot? Thanks, Wayne

Side of transmission, passenger side.
Look for two 17mm Allen head bolts Remove the top one first to ensure you can fill it. Then remove the bottom one to drain it. Fill until fluid comes out of the top filler hole…that is full. Rich |
