I’m told these Solex carbs came from a stock European delivered 914. Anyone have any info?

The Solex 40PDSIT AKA 36-40 PDSIT were the carbs used on the 914 AN engines, but the Solex 40 PII-4 used on the 356 & 912 and Super V engines are superior.
The Solex 32-34 PDSIT-2/3 could have been used on VW engine for the 311, 411 and vans. |
