Its not a huge deal to separate the hoses but if changing the oil often it would be nice to plumb in a valve or some type of plug to reduce long term wear on the hose seal. Anyone done this? Or any other thoughts?

How hard was it to get KED clocked? In may case I might need to find a different way to hang the hoses as the dump would be in the support hole. Man that sounds even more wrong... I haven't noticed this support on any other cars. Was it added to mine or?? ![]() The hanger was/is on the factory sixes. There should be a large rubber grommet around the oil line that sits in the hanger. Open near the top to allow the hose to be removed as I don't think it was large enough for the factory fittings to slide thru. I think I have some pictures around somewhere. Tie wraps are aftermarket... |
