IrfanView is gret for browsing your images, flipping/rotating, creating thumbs and even web pages with thumbs as in index page. But I can't find any editing tools that would allow arrows and such to be added. I PhotoShop for that when I need to. It's kinda of a pain though, so I don't do it very often. I try to take photos and describe a particular aspect of the photo so that I can avoid drawing arrows in the first place.
I used to have a copy of PaintShop Pro around here, but I don't knwo where anymore. |
