Just saw a post on Facebook of an orange 914 after it caught fire. Leaking fuel hoses were the cause. The weakest link seem to be the injector elbows as you can buy gates ethanol compatible fuel line but not the injector elbows. Anyone have a source or an alternative?

None specify if they are ethanol compatible. The regular fuel hose is 30r9, but I am assuming it is difficult to form it into a 90° elbow.

I've been using straight hose instead of the elbows. Makes for less working room when you need to get in there, but it works.

another option is to buy & install spring stock cut to the appropriate length that prevents the line from, collapsing at the bend (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
