I am not real excited to spend 300 for a new optima red top. What other options do I have and does it need to be AGM?

How do you attach conventional battery wiring to the thing? Those terminals load from the top & not from the side. I guess it's time for new wiring too. That'll run another 10,000 pesos in parts & labor, especially these days.

Installing this battery is pretty easy to me. I can fabricate whatever is needed. Ps my car stays on a tender all the time with the power to the car shut off as well |
