Hello Everyone I tried to use the search function on this but was unsuccessful... My gas cap gasket seems to have failed, and leaks when tank is full and I turn hard. I have a metal cap with a cork gasket. Does anyone know where I could buy a new one? Thanks Mike The original gasket was fiber. Check tbe cap to be sure the spring is not briken and the rubber bladder under the inner ring is intact. If so the cap will notmaintain pressure on the gasket. |
