I'm installing 911 emergency brakes on my 914 trailing arms.
What is the best rear caliper to go with ? Must be compatible (piston size) with S alloy fronts and 19mm master. Must have supply and bleeder in correct orientation and vented 911 rotor compatible. Is there a suitable alloy caliper available ? Help / suggestion is appreciated. Rory |

S alloy front are the same piston size as M front, i.e. 48mm.
I guess the balaced option for the rear would be 914-6 rears which are 38mm? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) All of which is compatible with the 19mm MC. Agreed 914-6 rears are unobtanium but PMB has replicas now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) : https://pmbperformance.com/products/pmbs-re...4-6-or-914-6-gt When you cost all of it, might be easier just to put on 914-6 replicas. He even offers them with the spacers for a GT version (vented rotors). Now, to find GT rotors... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif) |
